Who runs Krystal View, and where we come from
Krystal View is Talita's company. She is the owner and operator, which means the person whose name is on the business is the same person who cares whether your floors got done right. This is not a call center that dispatches strangers. It is a small, family-run operation, and that shows up in how the work gets handled.
We started more than seven years ago with a short client list and a simple promise: clean the way you would clean your own mother's house. That promise is basically the whole growth strategy. People noticed the difference, told a friend, and the friend called. Seven years later most of our schedule still comes from referrals and repeat clients, which is a slower way to build a business but a much better one for the customer.
Being family-owned and local also means we live here. We deal with the same August humidity, the same pollen seasons, the same sand that follows everyone home. When we clean a Florida house we are not guessing at what Florida does to a house.
