How Our Free Estimates Work
We don't publish fake pricing or run a one-size-fits-all rate, because no two Florida homes are the same. A 1,200-square-foot condo in ChampionsGate and a five-bedroom pool home in Reunion are different jobs, and pricing them the same wouldn't be honest.
Your estimate depends on a few straightforward things: the size of your home, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, whether it's a standard clean or a deep clean, how often you want us, and any add-ons like inside the oven, inside the fridge, or interior windows. Homes that haven't been cleaned in a while, or move-outs where cabinets and appliances need to be done inside, take more time, and we'll tell you that up front.
The price we quote is the price you pay. We're insured in the State of Florida, we bring our own non-toxic supplies, and we don't tack on surprise charges when we're done. If anything about the home turns out very different from what you described, we'll talk to you before we do extra work, never after.
What to Have Ready When You Ask for a Quote
