Kitchen

The kitchen gets the most use and shows it fastest. We clean and sanitize the counters, backsplash, and sink, wipe down the stovetop and the outside of your appliances, and clean the inside of the microwave. Cabinet fronts get spot-cleaned where hands and grease leave marks.

A standard kitchen clean keeps things maintained. It does not include the inside of the oven or the inside of the fridge, since those take longer and need different products. Both are easy add-ons if you want them, just ask when you book.

Bathrooms

Bathrooms are where a clean home is won or lost, and in Florida they are also where mildew shows up first. On a standard clean we scrub and sanitize the toilet, shower, and tub, polish the mirrors and chrome, disinfect the counters and sink, and wash the floor.

Standard cleaning handles surface soap scum and keeps mildew in check when we come on a regular schedule. If a shower has heavy grout buildup or set-in mildew, that is deep-clean territory, and we will tell you honestly if that is what your bathroom needs.

If it has been more than a month or two since a real top-to-bottom clean, we usually recommend starting with a deep clean, then switching to standard visits to hold that line. The deep clean gets the baseboards, inside the appliances, the grout, the blinds, the vents, and the Florida-specific problems like mildew and salt residue. After that, a standard clean keeps it there for a fraction of the effort. Trying to maintain a home that was never reset just means the standard clean fights buildup it was never designed to handle, and nobody ends up happy.

Weekly makes sense for homes with kids, pets, heavy foot traffic, or allergy sufferers who feel the pollen. Biweekly suits most working households. Monthly works as light-touch upkeep for tidy homes, smaller spaces, or a seasonal condo you are not living in full time. And plenty of people book a one-time standard clean before company arrives or after a busy stretch.

Mention any of these when you request your estimate and we will fold them into your quote.

On price, we do not publish rates because they would not be honest. What a clean costs comes down to your square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the current condition, any add-ons, and how often we come. Recurring visits are more efficient than one-offs, so a weekly or biweekly plan usually costs less per visit than a single clean, and we offer recurring savings. For context, standard house cleaning across Florida commonly runs somewhere in the low-to-mid hundreds per visit for an average home, but the only number that matters is the one we quote for your actual house.

You do not need to be home. Most of our clients give us a lockbox or gate code and come back to a finished house. We coordinate access securely, and you are always welcome to be there if you prefer. Before we arrive, a quick tidy of clothes, toys, and dishes helps us spend our time cleaning instead of moving your things, and if you have a specific product you want us to use on a surface, just leave it out with a note.
