What light post-construction cleaning actually covers
Post-construction cleaning is a broad term, and a lot of pages use it without saying what you are really getting. Here is exactly what we do on a light post-remodel job, and just as importantly, what we do not.
We work through the finished space surface by surface. Fine dust comes off the walls, trim, baseboards, and ledges. We wipe down door frames and the tops of doors where dust settles and hides. Why construction dust lingers (and why one wipe never does it)
Remodel dust is not like everyday household dust.
